At ROCKBROS Essential Bike Tools, we want you to ride with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your gear within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a brief reason for the request.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your bike tools or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and components are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the inspection is complete.
